Return Policy
We have a 14-day (UK) or 21-day (International) return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once approval has been meant for return, buyer has 5 days to dispatch item.
You might be eligible for a full/ partial refund or product replacement if the following points apply:
- Major issues regarding fit, be it length or bust (this only applies to customisation options)
- Construction issues or quality
- Parcel was damaged while shipping
- Product doesn't match the description
*Customised items, e.g. bust, length, neckline etc. are not eligible for a return unless major issues with fit*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return costs are not covered by Shannoony, therefore, returns can be sent back with the shipper of your choice. You must notify us on tracking details once you have dispatched your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@shannoony.com, or for quicker response DM us on insta @shannoony. If your return is accepted, you are advised to return ASAP. Shannoony does not cover return costs, so it is advised that all customers return items with tracked postage and keep proof of postage. Shannoony is not liable for damage or items lost during transit.
Customers outside the UK must mark on their customs label "returned goods". Shannoony is not liable to pay custom fees on returned goods sent back to the UK.
Shannoony reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without a request on the system.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
- Buyer has 24 hours after purchasing to notify Shannoony on any order adjustments. Item will NOT be eligible for refund or exchange after this time-frame.
- Buyer is responsible for ordering the correct size at checkout
- Buyer is responsible for postage fees during exchange
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
