Featuring delicate eyelet embroidery throughout, this pale blue dress is the ultimate picnic slay. Adorned with soft cap sleeves and a dainty ribbon tie, this adds the perfect pop of colour.

Made from remnant, stretch fabric.

Size & Fit:

  • Available in sizes XS to XL
  • Fits true to size with good stretch
  • If choosing fuller-bust then please consider adding your bust size to the order notes to ensure a more accurate fit.
  • Any height variations, please don’t hesitate to add to the order notes, and if a ribbon colour isn’t available, send me a message.
  • Items that have had customisation, whether it be bust accommodation or height accommodation are NOT eligible for return unless item is damaged in anyway. This is because such items are harder to resell on afterwards. Please always be intentional with your purchases.

It is advisable to measure yourself accurately and compare your measurements with the chart below to select the appropriate size.

It is recommended to use a flexible measuring tape to obtain accurate measurements. Measure your waist at its narrowest point and ensure that the tape is snug but not tight.

For dress length, measure from just below the armpit down to the desired hemline. This will assist in selecting the most suitable size for your needs.

All orders are handmade and packed with love. Unless stated otherwise, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. 

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Once dispatched, parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48, with delivery usually taking 1–2 working days.
  • Free UK shipping is available on all orders over £100.

International Shipping

🇪🇺 EU Customers ✨ (New Update!)

We’re so excited to be shipping to the EU again!

  • We’re now registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.
  • This means for orders up to €150VAT is collected at checkout, so you won’t face extra fees when your parcel arrives.
  • For orders over €150, IOSS doesn’t apply. In these cases, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees when it reaches your country.
  • These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rest of the World 🌍

  • All international parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
  • Delivery usually takes 5–14 business days, depending on your location.
  • We offer discounted international shipping on orders over £150.
  • Please note: all international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.


Customs & Delays

We always do our best to get your order to you quickly. However, delivery times are estimates from the courier, and delays can sometimes occur due to customs processing, weather, or postal disruptions.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch and we’ll help track it down.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy 

We have a 14-day (UK) or 21-day (International) return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once approval has been meant for return, buyer has 5 days to dispatch item.

You might be eligible for a full/ partial refund or product replacement if the following points apply:

  • Major issues regarding fit, be it length or bust (this only applies to customisation options)
  • Construction issues or quality 
  • Parcel was damaged while shipping
  • Product doesn't match the description

*Customised items, e.g. bust, length, neckline etc. are not eligible for a return unless major issues with fit*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return costs are not covered by Shannoony, therefore, returns can be sent back with the shipper of your choice. You must notify us on tracking details once you have dispatched your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@shannoony.com, or for quicker response DM us on insta @shannoony. If your return is accepted, you are advised to return ASAP. Shannoony does not cover return costs, so it is advised that all customers return items with tracked postage and keep proof of postage. Shannoony is not liable for damage or items lost during transit.

Customers outside the UK must mark on their customs label "returned goods". Shannoony is not liable to pay custom fees on returned goods sent back to the UK.

Shannoony reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without a request on the system.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

  • Buyer has 24 hours after purchasing to notify Shannoony on any order adjustments. Item will NOT be eligible for refund or exchange after this time-frame. 
  • Buyer is responsible for ordering the correct size at checkout 
  • Buyer is responsible for postage fees during exchange

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
